Band Camp
Students need to bring:

- Their Instrument, sticks or mouthpiece (MSJ provides marching drums, percussion, and sousaphones.)
- A lyre (One size does not fit all. Lyres are instrument-specific. for example: https://www.wwbw.com/Giardinelli-Alto-or-Tenor-Saxophone-Lyre-J13375-J13375000000000.wwbw)
- Students can purchase a reusable water bottle from the school store or provide their own to use for water breaks.
- Bring a bag lunch. Lunch may be provided on some days. You will be notified.
- Wear athletic shorts, t-shirt and sneakers. Be prepared for the weather. We will rehearse outside (even in a light rain).
- Please apply sunscreen and wear a baseball hat. Again, we will be active outside in the summer heat.
