Incoming freshmen need to read TWO BOOKS this summer. First, you will browse the Incoming Freshman Summer Reading List and sign up to read a book. The book you choose will be used as part of a group discussion facilitated by an MSJ faculty member ON AUGUST 21 DURING FRESHMAN ORIENTATION and it will also be used for an English assignment. Visit the English Department Summer Reading document and use your schedule to determine your assignment. Schedules will be shared at the Class of 2029 Parent Orientation on Tuesday, June 10, at 7:00 p.m. Those not in attendance will be mailed all necessary information.

The second book assigned to freshmen is Diaries of War: Two Visual Accounts from Ukraine and Russia. There are different choices for completing the assignment for this book.
