To ensure the safety, organization, and integrity of our athletic events, all non-team personnel must receive prior approval before accessing the sidelines during games.
Sideline Access Requirements:
Anyone wishing to be on the sidelines must complete the Sideline Access Request & Waiver Form.

- Minors must have the form signed by a parent or guardian.
- Individuals selling or commercially distributing photos or video must carry their own liability insurance.
Once approved, individuals will be issued a 2025–2026 MSJ Athletics Sideline Pass.
- Passes are non-transferable and must be visibly displayed at all times while on the sidelines.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and professional environment at all MSJ athletic events.
