Mount Saint Joseph High School, a Catholic school sponsored by the Xaverian Brothers and located in Baltimore, Maryland, with an enrollment of approximately 850 young men, invites applications for the position of Head Swimming Coach (Varsity and JV).
The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to lead, organize, and manage all aspects of a competitive high school swimming program. This includes fostering student-athlete development, promoting sportsmanship, and building a culture of excellence that aligns with the mission and values of the Catholic, Xaverian tradition. Previous high school coaching experience is preferred.
Qualified candidates should possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a commitment to mentoring student-athletes both in and out of the pool.
