Campus Minister

Opening for the 2025-2026 academic year

Mount Saint Joseph High School is searching for a Campus Minister who will start in August 2025. This individual will support all pillars of the Campus Ministry program: word and worship, pastoral care and formation, service, and retreats. He or she will also be assigned to teach at least one academic class per school year. The candidate must embrace diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice initiatives and implement them through the school’s Catholic identity and the Xaverian Charism. The Campus Minister will exhibit a strong commitment to student life, fostering a faith-centered, welcoming environment, and the promotion of Xaverian values.

For this opportunity, our salary range is $50,000 to $70,000 annually. Candidates with additional experience or qualifications may be offered a salary outside of the range shown.
