Fall Sports Tryout Information
Important information regarding physicals, ImPACT testing, sportsmanship meetings, and fall sports tryouts. Contact Person: Kraig Loovis, Director of Athletics, kloovis@msjnet.edu

Physicals
Anyone trying out for a sport must have a valid physical on file with the school nurse prior to the first day of tryouts. All new students (9th grade and transfers) are required to have a summer physical dated after 5/16/21 submitted to the school nurse prior to the first day of tryouts, or the student may give their new physical to Mr. Loovis on the first day of tryouts. All returning students must have a valid physical on file with the school nurse that doesn’t expire during the sport’s season. A physical is valid for one year from the exam date. Find the form here.

Please note that MSJ accepts physicals from Patient First, Minute Clinic, and other walk-in health clinics.
