NHS will be hosting our first guest speaker of the year. We will have alumni, Rick Hart '18, speaking about the core values of NHS (leadership, scholarship, character, and service), his experiences at the Mount, and how they shaped him. He will also be speaking about youth involvement in politics and his work on the presidential campaign trail, as he is currently the lead coordinator of youth and student outreach for the Biden campaign in Georgia. The talk will begin at 7:30 pm, and last about 30 minutes. Afterwards, there will be time for a Q&A session.

"Classic Film Club" is back! Our first meeting will take place on Thursday, October 15 from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. in Mr. O'Donnell's Zoom Room. We will be watching Alfred Hitchcock's "Rear Window", where Jimmy Stewart plays a wheelchair-bound photographer who spies on his neighbors from his apartment window and becomes convinced that one of them has murdered his wife.

Join us for our 1st MOTHERS CLUB BOOK CLUB: "When the Notre Dame women's swim team suffered a fatal bus accident, the lives of those on the bus, their families, and the community were changed forever. Paralyzed after the accident, Haley Scott was told she would never walk again. But with the help of those who cared most about her, she chose a different fate and promised to not only to walk, but to swim again for the Fighting Irish."

Do you want to be a part of crafting the history of Mount Saint Joseph? Did you know that the MSJ Tower Yearbook is a student-led organization? Would you like to put the "Service to the Yearbook" senior award on your résumé? The Tower is seeking talented artists, photographers, writers, and other inspired students to join in creating the 2020-2021 Yearbook.
