David Norton,

Mr. Norton graduated from Mount Saint Joseph in 1971 and soon returned to his alma mater to teach. Now over thirty years later, he is principal of the school.  Mr. Norton earned a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master's in education from Towson University. It was his passion for the Mount and his strong belief in the educational and spiritual environment that the Mount offers that brought him back to his alma mater and both are what keep him here today. He and his wife have two children and live in Pasadena.

Robert Peace
Assistant Principal, Director of Staff Formation

Mr. Peace grew up in Raleigh, North Carolina and earned a B.A. in Religion from the College of William and Mary.  He also has a Masters' Degree in Theology from the University of Notre Dame and a Master’s degree in Education from Loyola University. Mr. Peace came to the Mount in 2002, where he taught religion and worked in campus ministry before moving into administration.  He has found that the Xaverian values that are such an essential part of the fabric of the school provide a powerful guide to strengthening relationships with students, faculty, family, and God.

Mr. McDivitt is a 1986 graduate of Mount Saint Joseph.  Prior to becoming assistant principal, he taught freshman Biology, Genetics and AP Biology and served as head of the science department.
