English Department Summer Reading 2017

All students are required to complete their English summer reading assignments.

  • Books and study guides must be completed before the first day of school

  • Students should have a copy of the novel (electronic or printed text) with them upon return to school.

  • You may access the study guides from the school website; click on the link marked “Summer Reading” under the Academics tab. Pull up this flyer. You will need to download the study guide and print it.

  • For incoming sophomores, juniors, and seniors, the English department requirement is separate from the school-wide summer reading program. That means that sophomores, juniors, and seniors will read at least two books this summer.
